On October 17, we are hosting Dr. Alice Tobin, a clinical psychologist with the Provincial Health Services Authority of BC for a candid discussion on how to become cognizant that you are burnt out, experiencing imposter syndrome and manage your anxiety. When should you seek help? How do you be more open with family and friends to start the healing process? And the things you can do to self-adjust. Afterwards, we will leave some time for Q&A and informal discussions.
If you have any specific questions you want to raise, please email info@beyondthea.co with your questions by October 10. We will summarize and raise them at the session.
