Interview coaching will dive deep into public speaking, communication, and storytelling strategies.  During our time together, my goal is to help you communicate your story succinctly and clearly. This is much different from general mentorship.

During our time together, we’ll craft your interview response, but repeat it over and over again until you’ve nailed it.  The purpose is not for you to memorize word for word but for you to communicate in a way that’s authentic to you and impactful to the listener as well.

Having studied stand-up comedy, improv theatre and public speaking, we’ll incorporate well-known principles from those fields into interview coaching.

Having been in the education space for over 20 years, I’ve seen what works and will also tailor my approach based on how you learn best.

Unlike general life coaching, my goal is to help you land a job.

For me, this is the most tangible outcome that can come out of our time together.

Of course, there will be things outside of our control but what we can control is how you answer interview question, the overall tone and communication style and your confidence going into the interview (having practiced questions over and over again).
